Date of Birth:  December 25, 2011
Health History:  Cerebral Palsy, possible Epilepsy
Arrival Date:  April 11, 2017

Born on Christmas Day, 2011, Wayne is a sweet and enthusiastic little guy.  He apparently remained with his family for several months after birth, being left at the orphanage when he was about eight months old.  When he came to us as a five-year-old, he had already had surgery on his right foot to correct some issues related to his cerebral palsy.  He has limited use of his right hand, and he takes medication for epilepsy.
He can walk some with the aid of an orthopedic shoe on his right foot.  He uses his left hand well to eat and do some tasks such as removing his socks and shoes and playing with toys, but he is unable to completely dress himself.  Of course he enjoys having your attention, and he is getting acquainted with the other children.
Named for our friend and ministry partner Pastor Wayne Stockstill of Menifee, CA, little Wayne is looking for his Forever Family.
