Typhoon Yagi, a massive storm, struck northern Vietnam on Saturday, September 7. Damage in the mountainous areas of northern Vietnam includes landslides, washed-out bridges and infrastructure, and flooding in areas where Harmony has established churches and seen many come to Jesus. The ongoing flooding of the Red River—at a 20-year high—has caused Hanoi to evacuate thousands, and the death toll as of Wednesday, September 11, was over 170, with many still unaccounted for.
