November 13 is a red-letter day in the chronology of Harmony Outreach in Cambodia. Today John met with the Foreign Affairs officers in Phnom Penh and was granted our NGO. We are now a viable entity recognized by the Kingdom of Cambodia. Praise God! This NGO (non-governmental organization) recognition is crucial to being granted authority to pursue the plans God has laid out for us in Cambodia. We are grateful for the assistance of a young Khmer attorney, Channa Bo (at right in featured picture), who is part of Water of Life in Phnom Penh. Our thanks also to Curtis Johnson (at left in featured picture) who joined our team in Cambodia in September, and to Long Sann, another young Khmer professional from Water of Life who has worked for a year to help us gain this status in Cambodia.
