Our History
By their early thirties, John and Lisa Bentley had achieved the American dream – a lawyer at a respected law firm and a stay-at-home mom with four children, a brand new house in the suburbs, and two nice cars. For some time they had felt called to serve the Lord in China, and the American dream would never fulfill that call.
While moving to China was a huge step of faith (they didn't speak the language, had no financial support in place, and had no training for this kind of work), God blessed their family with two more children and ultimately with the ministry of Harmony Outreach.
