Jeffrey was abandoned at the gate of Urumqi Orphanage in the extreme west of China on June 12, 2009, when he was only three days old. He came into our care at Harmony House on August 18, 2009. He had a very severe double cleft lip/cleft palate, which has been repaired.
He is a happy little guy who is quick to flash smiles. He interacts well with the other children but is also content to play by himself. He has a good, healthy appetite and is benefitting from the nutritious food and care at Harmony House.
He is named for our friend and ministry partner Jeff Dixon.
We have learned Jeffrey may have been matched to his Forever Family!
