Blossom has bright eyes and loves attention. She is a smiler and is not afraid of strangers. She came to us from Shangrao Orphanage in Jiangxi Province.
Blossom was one of the five children with whom we began Harmony House. She was a tiny ‘failure to thrive’ baby when we took her in. However, with good care she quickly began putting on weight so we named her Blossom.
She had hernia surgery early on. As we noted her slowness in development, we took her for more tests. Doctors diagnosed her with Cerebral Palsy. While she remains bright and wants to interact with others, her speech capability is limited, and she is unable to care for herself. She is benefitting from physical therapy for her CP.
We have learned Blossom may have been matched with her Forever Family!
